A Zeta Gomma's
modern M.E.C. V-belt® OIL STAT® stands out thanks to its
excellent resistance and the high level of power transmissible.
Compared with the now familiar flat belts, the grip they offer is
almost triple due to the contact established along the slanted sides
of the pulley races, so guaranteeing a better mutual grip. All the
M.E.C. V-BELTS® also feature OIL STAT®, i.e. they are resistant
to the action of oil and heat, and they are electroconductive, so
they ensure the electrostatic charges are deflected properly, and
ISO 9000-compliant.
The innovative features of these belts represent the fruit of continuous
careful product research and testing, but above all of over thirty
years of experience gained in the transmissions sector. |

M.E.C. MAXIFLEX
BELT are made up highly resistant, synthetic, endless tubular fabric
which is protected on both sides by a thin layer of neoprene rubber.
These belts are heat-resistant, and are also resistant to the swelling
action of mineral and vegetable oils, aggression from hydrocarbons
and acids.
They are conductive, non-stretch and withstand heavy duty use at
high linear speed.
Their quality is such that it is possible to achieve transmission
without high peripheral vibration. |

The
heat sealing belts are recognised as a reliable product handling
system for various sectors and they are used throughout the world.
The M.E.C. POLBELTS ® are produced by extrusion using state-of-the-art
technology. Designed to be particularly easy to use, quickly replaced,
and resistant to UVA rays, acids, alkalis, benzene and above all
to abrasion, they are now known to maintenance firms the world over
as an irreplaceable product.
The M.E.C. POLBELTS ® are produced in different colours, and
each colour represents a different hardness:
Brown - 80 Sh, Red - 85 Sh, Blue + ARAMID - 80 Sh, food white -
85 Sh - 90 sh.
These colours and hardness levels refer to the V-belts with rubber
surfacing or polyurethane ridges, for the round-section belts, there
is a further colour option available:
Green - 87 Sh (apart from the standard production colours, different
coloured belts can be produced on request, with the minimum supply
established from time to time). |
